Metrical epitaph in a wall near the graves by the theater.

Athenaios son of Chareinos dedicated this to Dionysos, head of the bacchants (archebacchos), and to the initiates (mystai) when Sopatros son of Apollonios was priest.

Διονύσω Ἀρχε|[β]άκχω καὶ τοῖς | μύσταις Ἀθη|ναῖος Χαρείνου || ἐπὶ ἱερέως Σωπά|τρου τοῦ Ἀπολ|λωνίου.
