Slab of coarse marble, now in the Ashmolean Museum at Oxford

Epaphroditos son of Hapalos and grandson of Perigenes prepared for the association (symbiōsis) of flax–workers (syppinadai) this vault, located on the right hand side for those who approach the tomb.  If anyone has been approved for membership, he will be placed in this vault by the guild (synergasia).

Ἐπαφρόδειτος Ἁπάλǀου τοῦ Περιγένου κατǀεσκε̣ύασεν τῇ συμβιώǀσει τῶν συππινάδων ǀǀ κ̣αμάραν προσερχομένǀῳ ʹν δεξίᾳ χερὶ τῷ ἡρῴῳ. εἰ ǀ τίς ποτ’ ἐδοκιμάσθι, εἰς ǀ ἐκεῖ τεθήσεται ὑπὸ ǀ τῆς συνε̣ργασίας.
