Fragmentary slab of marble which also contains ISmyrna 600, an imperial letter to the synod of Dionysos Breiseus. 80 CE (lines 1-20), 83 CE (lines 21-27)

… This was dedicated to emperor Titus Caesar Vespasian Augustus, great high–priest (?) … with tribunician power for the ninth time, proclaimed emperor (imperator) for the fifteenth time, father of the fatherland, consul for the eighth time, and to Caesar Domitian (name erased), son of god Vespasian Augustus, consul for the seventh time.  This was done when C. Julius (10) Mithres of the Fabia tribe, the emperor–loving son of the People (dēmos), was serving as priest by family descent, T. Claudius Bion Nonianos was crown–bearer, L. Licinius Proklos was director of contests, … Name was president of athletics, and L. Sulpicius Firmus was administrator.

Those who have fully paid the entrance fee: Sulpicius Firmus, Artemidoros Artemas, ancestral initiate (patromystēs), Apollonios Eudemos, ancestral initiate, Trophimos Asklepiades, (and) Tyrannos Papios son of Menandros.

This was dedicated to emperor Caesar Domitian Augustus, proclaimed for the ninth time, and to Quintus Petillius Rufus, consul for the second time.  (10) This was done when Koskonia Myrton was crown–bearer, L. Caecilius Fronto the younger was director of contests, and Dionysios Cicinius the younger was president of athletics.

Ancestral initiates: M. Aurelius Perperes, Charidemianos, Themistokles … Lucius Sulpicius (missing line) … Stratoneikos.
