Upper part of a base of white marble (8 x 12 x 16 cm; inv. Α 1110).

The synod (synodos) . . . of merchants (emporoi) (?) . . . and . . . shippers (nauklēroi) set this up for Name (?) . . . from Koiles (?) on account of his virtue (?) . . . and goodwill . . . which he has towards the association (?).  This was dedicated to Apollo (?).
